About the role
Join Gather by Cater Care as a Part-Time Catering Assistant at our Townsville education site. You'll prepare and serve meals, support events and functions, and help deliver a great dining experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Work with a supportive team that values your contribution and keeps every day moving.
Available Rosters
* Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
* Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
What This Role Involves
* Assisting with food preparation and serving meals and snacks
* Providing excellent customer service with a smile
* Re-stocking items as needed and after meal periods
* Washing dishes and keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and safe
* Following all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will have
* Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Friendly, positive attitude
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
