The Role
As the Veterinary Account Manager for the Geelong & Western Victoria region, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with veterinary practices across your territory. This is a consultative, solutions-focused position where you'll support clinics with their diagnostic needs and help them optimise clinical workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of veterinary clinic accounts
* Promoting a complete diagnostic solution, including in-house instruments, laboratory services, and software
* Training clinic teams on equipment and service usage
* Building strong, long-term partnerships with veterinarians and practice leaders
* Developing territory plans and customer strategies
* Attending trade shows and supporting educational events
* Regular travel across the region, including overnight stays
