As a Future Team Leader, you will support your Team Leader in driving sales, motivating team members, growing key KPIs along with a number of other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
* Assisting with shop Budget and P&L expectations
* Assist in driving growth in customer bookings and repeat business
* Communicating and implementing system updates and training
* Assist in driving FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays and booking component levels 4+
* Coaching and developing team members
* Providing vision and motivation for the team
* Maintaining an overall positive office environment
