About the Role
* Lead and manage complex family law litigation matters, including parenting, property, and intervention orders (AVOs/IVO/Protection Orders).
* Draft and review affidavits, initiate proceedings, conduct negotiations, and appear in court as required.
* Provide strategic legal advice to vulnerable clients, often facing family violence, trauma, or high-conflict disputes.
* Must be able to do a minimum of 5 billable hours per day
* Attract clients to the firm due to your excellent customer service
* Collaborate virtually with our national team of legal, psychological, and client wellbeing professionals.
You Will Need
* Minimum 5+ years' post-admission experience in family law litigation (extensive court experience required).
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated experience supporting clients impacted by family violence and trauma.
* High levels of autonomy, accountability, and a values-aligned approach.
* Confidence working independently in a remote setting.
