About The Role
At MHIAA, we are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Assistant to join our collaborative team at our Regents Park office in Sydney, supporting the ongoing growth of our business.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, as well as supporting our regional Sales Account Managers. You will be responsible for preparing quotations for the state, providing reliable sales support and ensuring seamless communication with key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
* Assist with the management of technical sales.
* Maintain project registry quotations.
* Support technical queries and sales presentations.
* Provide piping and wiring schematics, technical submission for technical products and Control Systems.
* Create and maintain financial and statistical reports using spread sheets.
* Support the Technical Sales Manager (visit consultants and mechanical contractors as required).
* Attending and presenting at customer meetings, internal meetings, company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
* Ensure technical information and software are current and available.
What You'll Bring:
* Full Australian working rights is essential.
* Engineering Degree or refrigeration trade certificate
* 1-2 years of relevant work experience within admin or sales.
* Have competency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* A desire to build a corporate career within HVAC.
