Senior Property Lawyer (4 years - Senior Associate / Special Counsel)

YOUR ROLE
As a key senior lawyer in an award‑winning Property Team, you will advise and transact a full spectrum of high‑end residential, commercial, industrial, retail and aged‑care property matters, including due diligence, acquisitions, planning, structuring, joint ventures, finance, construction, leasing, management and sales. You will manage your own practice and client portfolio, and may participate in senior‑paralegal and junior‑lawyer support, as well as business‑development and marketing activities.

WHO YOU ARE
* Admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum 4–20+ years of property law experience.
* Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end high‑end property transactions across all stages of development.
* Strong technical property‑law skills, drafting, negotiating and client‑management skills.
* Experience or willingness to engage in business development and marketing.
* Willingness to relocate to a coastal city in Northern NSW and a commitment to building a long‑term career with the firm.
