Residential Construction Administrator
We are seeking a motivated administrator to support the project lifecycle in residential construction. You will work closely with senior administrators and project managers to prepare contracts, scopes of work, and maintain accurate documentation.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration or a relevant tertiary qualification. You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in preparing contracts and scopes of work
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
* Processing purchase orders and variations
* Maintaining accurate project documentation
* Supporting the team with tendering and procurement
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, QS, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and a willingness to learn
* Passion for high-end residential construction
