About the Team

This role sits within our Business Services / Sales team, working closely with operations and account management teams across the Sadleirs Group.

The Role: National Account Manager – Victoria

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing major Victorian clients, while ensuring revenue and gross profit performance remains aligned with business targets.

You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and promoting the full suite of Sadleirs Group services.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing commercial relationships with major Victorian accounts
* Reporting on agreed KPIs and service levels to customers
* Maintaining a high standard of service delivery while identifying new business opportunities
* Driving growth through structured account management plans and opportunity pipelines
* Ensuring account revenue and gross profit targets are achieved
* Working closely with internal operations and account teams to deliver customer outcomes
* Promoting cross‐selling opportunities across the Sadleirs Group
* Conducting margin analysis and preparing performance reports
* Managing and resolving service failures, loss or damage matters and implementing preventative actions

You will also lead by example in demonstrating Sadleirs values — particularly safety, customer commitment and collaboration.

What You'll Need
* Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or a related sales role
* Experience managing major or national accounts
* Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
* Ability to manage revenue, margins and account performance
* Intermediate to high computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, national team
* A strong commitment to safety and Sadleirs Group values
