About the Role
* Manage all administrative tasks related to property listings and sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate and place advertising and marketing materials in various media, and prepare sales contracts and correspondence.
* Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate property marketing elements, including photography and floor plans.
* Organise weekly sales meetings, collect contributions, and prepare/distribute agendas and minutes.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including word processing and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing files, answering phone calls, and directing visitors.
* Marketing Support: Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
* Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including tracking customer interactions and updating databases.
* Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and objectives.
