* Excellent Communicator: Possessing clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
* Reliable and Proactive: Someone who can work independently and manage their workload effectively during a busy period.
* Previous medical administration experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with strong tech skills.
