The Role:
This is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Help prepare leases and tenancy paperwork
- Assist with routine, entry and exit inspections
- Organise maintenance requests with tradespeople
- Support the team with rent collection and follow-ups
- Provide friendly service to tenants and landlords
The Candidate:
- 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude
