* Meet service targets, manage demand, and ensure service accessibility.
* Engage families and carers in care planning and treatment.
* Maintain compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and safety frameworks.
* Liaise with key services such as emergency departments, law enforcement, and community support agencies.
* Support team development through education, supervision, and professional expertise.

About Us: The HOPE initiative provides psychosocial support for people who are identified as having presented with a suicidal or self-harm attempt, or suicidal or intentional self-harm ideation. Our aim is to prevent avoidable suicide attempts and reduce the number of completed suicides by providing targeted psychosocial support services to a cohort of people in an assertive manner in the community.
