If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and drive real energy transformation – this role could be for you.What’s on offer?The chance to build something meaningful in the renewables space, backed by a well-established group with serious growth ambitions.Autonomy, leadership, and influence over large-scale solar and BESS projects (5MW+).A seat at the table – helping shape both project delivery and business strategy.The role covers:Overseeing end-to-end design and delivery of commercial and utility-scale solar/BESS projectsLeading technical teams across concept, design, construction, and commissioningWorking with clients, contractors and suppliers to keep things running smoothlyManaging project tendering, documentation, and compliance with Australian standardsKeeping systems humming post-installation and ensuring happy, well-serviced clientsDeveloping new business opportunities and driving sustainable growthYou’ll bring:An electrical engineering or renewables background (degree qualified or equivalent experience)10+ years in solar, energy, or infrastructure projects – and a head for both detail and directionCommercial smarts, stakeholder confidence, and a hands-on leadership styleTools of the trade: AutoCAD, Helioscope, Nearmaps, and a solid understanding of CEC and Australian standardsA bit of hustle – you’re comfortable jumping in where needed and keeping momentum highSound like your kind of role?If this sparks your interest, apply now or message us in confidence.
