Executive Assistant to the Director - City Services
Position Type:

Schedule:
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexitime option

$82,529 – $96,073 gross p.a. plus 12% super

This is an exciting opportunity to support the City Services Directorate of Shoalhaven City Council. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level secretarial and administrative assistance to the Director – City Services and senior officers, ensuring the smooth operation of the Directorate and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
As the central point of contact and coordination for executive support activities, the role manages complex schedules, prepares documentation, facilitates communication across the organisation, and contributes to the branding and visibility of the Directorate by networking internally and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director and senior officers.
Facilitate exceptional customer service through proactive and efficient administrative practices.
Network across the organisation to promote and strengthen the branding of the City Services Directorate.
Support and enhance administrative functions by training, mentoring, and guiding staff in administration roles within the Directorate.
About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
Certificate IV in Office Administration/Secretarial Studies (or equivalent) or
Extensive experience in a role supporting executive management
Current Class C Driver's Licence
