We are recruiting for a Customer Service Officer for a fast-growing, energetic Non-Profit, based in Scoresby.
Please note this is not a 'call-centre' environment.
You will be given full training to support a range of people calling in with queries regarding financial plan management for people with a disability.
Working from home 4 days out of 5, you will receive equipment to enable you to do your job efficiently remotely.
- Mon-Friday, 9-5 p.m.
- NDIS, WWCC, Police Check will all be required due to the nature of the industry
- 6 months initially, with potential to extend
- This position is based in Scoresby and you must have access to own transport
- $32.35 per hour plus super. Starting ASAP.
Please note - experience in a Corporate Customer Service role is essential.
