Connect APAC are delighted to partner with a global leader in the FMCG Food Industry in their search for a National Account Executive (Coles). This organisation are one of the most loved Confectionary companies in the world and have a market leading portfolio of brands. There now exists an opening in their Sydney based Sales team for a National Account Executive to join the team. The role would be ideal for an existing National Account Executive, Sales Analyst or even Territory Manager looking to transition into a Head Office role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of customer plans and promotional activities to drive in-store execution and sales performance.
* Manage SAP TM processes end-to-end, including claims, promotional accruals, actualisation, and forecasting.
* Assist in managing promotional budgets and evaluating return on investment for effective allocation.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Act as the key liaison between sales operations and the field team, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination.
* Support account managers in promotional program requirements, submissions, and communications.
* Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to align forecasts with customer needs.
* Prepare regular performance reports and post-promotional reviews.
* Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improved forecast accuracy and sales execution.
Key Requirements:
* University degree in business, management or related fields
* Commercial experience in field sales or sales coordination within the FMCG industry is highly regarded
* High attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and results orientation
* Strong communication, influencing, and cross-team collaboration skills
* Effective time management and adaptability in a changing environment
* Ability to multi-task and find solutions across different teams
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP TM experience is an advantage
