You will be tasked with providing change management expertise as the business undergoes a CRM Transformation.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated individual to join the team as a CRM Implementation Change Manager, to facilitate a seamless migration of the Raiser's Edge system into the Blackbaud CRM fundraising system. The Change Manager will lead the change readiness and change adoption to integrate system and process changes into business operation.
Working closely with the CRM Project Manager, you will prepare the organisation for change and transition to realise the maximum benefits of the new Blackbaud CRM system. The role will actively lead the change communications, user acceptance testing and training of the new system. Effective and proactive communication to stakeholders is a key success of this role.
**Your Profile**
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, ideally in medium scale projects.
- Experience with medium and large-scale organisational change efforts, ideally in a CRM system implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing successful platform transition, adoption and training.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Solid conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Sound understanding of the principles of good data governance in relation to fundraising legislative and regulatory compliance requirements, including knowledge of privacy and PCI-DSS legislative requirements.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud products.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector and demonstrate fundraising knowledge and understanding of best practice principles and procedures in the not-for-profit sector
