About the Role
This role involves assisting customers with spare parts inquiries, sourcing and supplying agricultural machinery components, and working closely with our service and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately interpret spare parts requirements for agricultural machinery.
Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Use parts catalogues and systems to identify, source, and order components.
Maintain stock levels and manage inventory records.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure parts availability.
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role (preferably in agriculture or machinery industries).
* Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts.
* Proficiency with parts systems software (e.g., Parts Interpreter programs, inventory systems).
* A genuine focus on customer service and building lasting client relationships.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Australian citizenship (essential for this role).
