Our client is seeking a driven
Wills & Estates Lawyer
with at least 5 years post-admission experience to join their Brisbane office. This role sits within a supportive and friendly national team that prides itself on client service, mentorship and internal collaboration.
You'll be exposed to a wide array of private client matters and work closely with experienced practitioners across offices. The firm's modern, forward-thinking culture provides ample opportunity to contribute, learn and thrive — all while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in your day-to-day.
Duties will include:
Providing advice on estate planning, trusts, and succession structuring
Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, health directives and other documents
Managing probate, estate administration and family provision claims
Representing clients in negotiation, mediation and court hearings
Engaging with professionals across national teams for joint matters and support
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years PAE in Wills & Estates or private client work
Solid file management capabilities and confidence in client engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and desire to work in a connected national team
Passion for being part of a supportive, people-first culture
