Contract Coordination Specialist Needed


Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across bookings, documentation, logistics, and site operations.


Main Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to clients, including phone calls and contract management.
* Coordinate client inductions, document administration, and material movements.
* Manage daily reports, track issues, and communicate with internal teams and clients.
* Facilitate effective communication between teams, clients, and suppliers.
* Complete operational client inductions and take accurate meeting notes.


Key Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in administrative roles within a similar environment.
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
* Able to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail.
