About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced systems-of-systems engineering support.
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading structured requirements engineering processes, engaging stakeholders across Defence and Joint operations to elicit, document, and trace user needs.
You will also lead the development of critical artefacts such as Function and Performance Specifications (FPS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Requirements Specifications, and Validation Matrices.
In addition, you will work closely with integration points across systems, propose targeted solutions, and define practical change paths.
About the Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to one of the most strategically significant Defence programs in Australia.
You will have the chance to capture, trace, and validate requirements that shape the targeting architecture of tomorrow's ADF and partner agencies.
About You
We are looking for Systems Engineers with a strong background in Defence environments who are ready to hit the ground running.
You should have experience working within Defence acquisition frameworks such as the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
Familiarity with MODAF or TOGAF frameworks is highly regarded.
You must currently hold an active NV2 security clearance at a minimum.
Candidates with PV or PV-eligible status will be viewed favourably.
