Overview

Great Ocean Road Health serves the communities of Lorne, Apollo Bay, and the Surf Coast, providing high-quality, accessible healthcare close to home. Formed in 2019 through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. Our goal is to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community, ensuring sustainable, robust care for the future while maintaining local services and staff levels.

About the Role

Part Time – 18 hours per week / 36 hours per fortnight

An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Childcare Educator or Trainee Childcare Educator to work with a great community within a well-equipped occasional child centre at the Lorne Community House. Work alongside our Team Leader to care for up to 14 children aged approx. 18 months to 4 years. 3 days per week, 8.30-2.30pm.

Applicants must have Certificate III Children's Services or equivalent or be willing to work towards one in a traineeship. Current First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
