An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Sales Personal Assistant to support high-performing Directors within a leading real estate network in the eastern suburbs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to high-volume sales, marketing campaigns, auctions, and structured career development.
DAYS/HOURS: Monday to Friday + Saturdays
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting an established Director operating at a consistently high level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* End-to-end sales administration support
* Preparing and managing listings from pre-market through settlement
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, photography, copy, and online advertising
* Managing contracts, authorities, and compliance documentation
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
* Diary and campaign management
* Database management and client follow-up support
* Assisting with auctions and open for inspections as required
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience as a Sales PA or in residential real estate administration
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident and professional communicator
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
* Mandarin-speaking skills are an advantage but not essential
