About the Role:
* Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline (acquisitions, divestments, new ventures, investments, partnerships, and joint ventures)
* Evaluate relevant markets and companies for initiatives that support the organization's strategy
* Drive the development of valuations, financial analyses, proposals, and presentations for strategic and corporate development initiatives
This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing business acquisitions and divestments, new ventures, investments, and other related strategic initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Exceptional relationship and communication skills and ability to influence senior executives
* End-to-end transaction management and financial modeling experience
* No prior experience in the industry is necessary, but a strong interest in learning is required
* Experience in property development, consumer, and technology or proven ability to work across a wide range of sectors
