ABOUT YOU
Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar, desirable but not essential.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance/accounts administration role.
Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of business operations, products and services.
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
KEY TASKS
Ensure accounts payable invoices are managed and cleared on a regular basis.
Ensure all billing is completed in a timely manner and in adherence with specific contract terms.
Work collaboratively with the Operations Teams, achieving key timelines for work.
Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for site blue collar personnel as required.
Assist current suppliers and subcontractors with access to systems.
General duties to support the efficient running of the office/depot.
