Dental Officer - Level 1-2 & 3
About the role:
Become part of a dynamic dental team based within the Wagga Wagga Dental Cluster of The Oral Health Clinical Network MLHD.
The clinical network provides dental services to eligible people across multiple sites in community based dental clinics. Our clinical team includes Dental assistants, Dental therapists, Oral health therapists, Dentists, Oral Surgeons, and Paediatric specialist dentists.
You will work within a modern clinical environment that provides access to both general and specialist services including dental services delivered under general anaesthetic and complex restorative care. The clinic also hosts dental students for clinical placements and registrars in dental specialist training.
The successful applicant will have a varied role delivering patient care in both Wagga Wagga & Young.

* Dental Officer – Level 3 – Young Dental Clinic - Temporary Full Time until 13 March 2028
* Dental Officer – Level 1-2 – Wagga Wagga Dental Clinic - Temporary Full Time until 24 December 2027
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (or Part Time – Job Share Considered)
Position Classification: Dental Officer - Level 1-2 and Level 3
Remuneration: $107,172.00 - $170,822.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours Per Week: up to 38

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Holds a dental qualification eligible for registration as a dentist with AHPRA and demonstrates a commitment to developing clinical skills and competencies across basic to moderately complex dental procedures
* Demonstrates a sound understanding of and commitment to a preventative and population health approach to patient care
* Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while exercising independent professional judgement on routine clinical matters
* Holds a current Class C drivers' licence and is willing to travel across the health district as required
