Operations Support Specialist
Our multi national client is looking to recruit a local Operations Support Specialist to work within this chemical manufacturing and distribution company.
Ideally the successful applicant will bring with them fresh innovative ideas.
This is a full-time casual position, ongoing 38 hour week, Monday to Friday
The position will be based at the manufacturing facility at Lara
You will require a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar autonomous, all-encompassing supporting production operations while managing supply chain activities ensuring efficient inventory management, timely deliveries and accurate documentation processing., tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential.
In this frontline position you will be responsible for
Production Operations Support
* Execute MIGO Transactions / CORK processes/ Maintain and Track Process Order Variances
* Support the Production Operations team as required.
* Maintain up to date OEE and UEE record
Monitor Bulk storage levels
* Perform daily BULK Tank level monitoring
* Report any discrepancies or concerns regarding inventory levels
* Perform Weekly bulk tank stock take
Supply Chain Administrative Duties
* Maintain SAP info records, delays and local call off of Raw materials
* Manage Raw material and Traded goods QNS'
* Monitor and alert SMOG Status
* Monitor/create Pos for Logistics
* Code invoices
The Successful Applicant will have:
* Proven experience in a similar operational support role
* Experience with SAP system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Problem-solving capabilities
Whilst business specific training will be provided our client is looking for a person who can hit the ground running, this is not a recent graduate role.
Generous salary offered, up to $100,000 per annum (inc super) depending on experience
