We are seeking a Senior Monetization & Partner Engagement Manager to execute high-impact initiatives that drive measurable improvements in advertising and partner performance. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with product, ads, devices, and external partner teams to support programs that deliver consistent device advertising revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end identification and execution of strategic initiatives that drive incremental revenue opportunities
* Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Tech, Marketing, Ads and Devices teams to deliver complex products, programs and events
* Support strategic partner marketing strategy for select Tier 1 partners, developing and driving execution of high-priority marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with BI and finance teams to develop improved reporting mechanisms that surface incremental opportunities for device and ads teams
* Develop and localize advertising sales readiness materials needed to expand reach, improve conversion rates, and meet advertiser partners' goals
* Facilitate and conduct quarterly ads sales training and reporting programs focused on deepening product knowledge, delivering relevant materials, and driving improved sales metrics through identifying issues and opportunities

* 5 years experience within the ads space.
