Job Description
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of customer loan and security documentation. You will maintain a high level of customer service through telephone support, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
You will also be required to maintain accurate document management and archiving systems, as well as assist with any administrative tasks and reporting functions delegated by your Team Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative, banking or conveyancing environment, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to identifying customers' needs and providing outstanding value is essential for this role.
