To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A recognised Early Childhood Teaching Degree
* Current BOSTES Teacher Accreditation and Teacher Number
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills and the ability to coach, mentor and manage staff

All candidates must also have:
* A current Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate (HLTAID004) or equivalent
* A current NSW Working With Children Check clearance
* An ability to uphold the culture, policies, procedures and practice required in a child safe organisation
