About the role:
The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for leadingorganisational quality improvement, systems review, performance monitoringand continuous improvement initiatives to support safe, effective and compliantservice delivery. The role oversees the development, implementation andenhancement of quality systems, organisational improvement projects,reporting frameworks and operational initiatives that strengthen servicedelivery, efficiency and organisational performance.
The role is responsible for evaluating organisationalsystems, workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvementand ensure quality frameworks are practical, effective and embedded across allservice areas. This includes leading projects that improve systemfunctionality, streamline processes and support evidence-informed decisionmaking.
Success in this role requires a highly capable leader withstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in clientmanagement systems and quality improvement, and the ability to influence changeacross multiple service areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrateproject leadership capability, strong stakeholder engagement skills and acommitment to fostering innovation, accountability and continuous learningthroughout the organisation.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will:
* Leadimplementation and ongoing improvement of the organisation's QualityManagement Framework to support compliance, service quality andoperational effectiveness.
* Monitororganisational performance indicators and identify trends, risks andopportunities for improvement.
* Analyseinformation from audits, complaints, incidents, stakeholder feedback andservice outcomes to inform quality initiatives.
* Developreports and performance summaries that support operational and strategicdecision-making.
* Promotecontinuous improvement methodologies and embed a culture of learning andquality practice.
* Leadreviews of organisational systems, workflows and operational processes toidentify inefficiencies, duplication and improvement opportunities.
* Supportimplementation and embedding of new systems, technologies and businessimprovements.
* Supportorganisational preparedness for audits, accreditation and external reviewprocesses.
* Overseereview and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and operationalframeworks.
* Buildorganisational capability through coaching and support regarding qualitysystems, continuous improvement and organisational change.
About you:
To be successful, you will bring:
* Current Queensland Class C Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or current Yellow Card and Blue Card.
* Relevant qualification or experience in quality or system improvement.
* Extensive knowledge of client management and quality systems.
* Relevant experience in quality management, reporting or organisational performance within community services or related sectors.
* Demonstrated experience leading quality systems, organisational improvement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
* Experience using quality management systems, reporting platforms and organisational systems.
* Strong capability in systems review, process mapping and improvement methodologies.
* Project management skills including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
* Advanced organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience within community services, aged care, mental health or social services sectors.
* Advanced knowledge of AlayaCare, ionMy and Lexis Nexis.
