We are partnering with a global industrial powerhouse with multiple industry leading segments. A new People and Culture Manager opportunity has arisen in one of their ANZ businesses which produces and markets products to the industrial, construction, mining and maintenance markets.
Reporting to the People and Culture Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of People and Culture for two key sites in Victoria and NSW. You will play a pivotal role in this generalist HR management position which includes building capability through talent management programs, performance management and ER/IR support, organisational design and change management. Working closely as a key business partner to the ANZ leaders, you will also establish and improve HR policies and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an HR Generalist at Business Partner or Manager level. You will be a hands-on business partner that is open to innovation and driving change. You will be consultative and commercial in your approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with your key stakeholders.
