General Manager – Regis Aged Care

Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational and strategic management of the facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Drive a culture of excellence through effective leadership, team engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Regis' values and business objectives.
Focus on workplace safety, compliance with the Aged Care Act ****, and achieving customer and commercial outcomes.
Engage and motivate a high-performing team through coaching and development, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Senior leadership experience in health and/or aged care – highly regarded.
Demonstrated commercial acumen within a services environment.
Strong capability in leading a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent time management and ability to work within deadlines.
Experience with financial targets, human resource management, and asset management.
Proven ability to implement change.
Knowledge of aged care funding (essential).
Knowledge of the application of Federal, State and Local Government Regulations, Statutes, and acts as they pertain to aged care (not essential).
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications / Degree, and postgraduate qualifications (highly regarded) in a relevant discipline.
