**The Position**
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you'll be an integral member of this busy finance team with primary responsibility to include;
- Full ownership of accounts payable function
- Invoice matching, verifying and processing (60-80 per day)
- Daily processing of all stock and non-stock related invoices
- Ownership of the fortnightly payment run for domestic and overseas suppliers
- Reconciling all supplier statements
- Processing urgent invoice and payment requests
- Manage payment queries (allocation, remittances, statements, missing invoices)
- Managing AP inbox and AP enquiries
- Maintain supplier Master files
- Assist with Journaling & B/S reconciliations
- Full function accounts payable experience
- Ideally experience with a large ERP and Excel skills
- High attention to and accuracy is essential
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Self-starter with exceptional communication skills
- Strong team player who will offer reliability and commitment
