Job Title: People & Culture Manager

This is a role for an experienced People & Culture Manager who enjoys variety, ownership, and impact. Working 22.5 hours a week, you'll lead the people function, balancing recruitment, payroll coordination, policy, compliance, and learning and development.
You'll help shape the firm's employee experience and employment brand, ensuring they attract and retain great talent.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline management.
* Defining and promoting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employment brand.
* Partnering with external recruiters when needed.
* Payroll changes and compliance coordination.
* Streamlining HR frameworks, policies, and systems.
* Onboarding, performance reviews, and L&D programs management.
* Providing clear updates to the Executive Leadership Group.
* Championing the values and commitments as a certified B Corp.
They're looking for someone who brings broad People & Culture experience in professional services or consulting, can balance structure with people focus, has recruitment experience, and is comfortable using HRIS and Culture Amp.
