Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of service works across multiple sites in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and occasionally the Gold Coast. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to the service team.
* Overseeing job planning, scheduling, and administration.
* Performing high-level diagnostics and fault-finding on HVAC/R systems.
* Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with building standards.
* Supporting the team to uphold company values and deliver exceptional service.
This is a mobile role, offering variety and autonomy as you work across diverse commercial environments.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
* Trade Qualifications: Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, QBCC License, Arctick Certification, and Restricted Electrical License.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of air and water systems, commercial refrigeration, and building compliance requirements.
* Diagnostic Skills: High-level ability in BMS operation, system fault-finding, and problem-solving.
* Compliance & Safety: C-Class driver's license, White Card, Working at Heights, and relevant clearances (police, working with children).
* Technology Skills: Competency in Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with Aroflo is a bonus.
* Core Attributes: Excellent communication, time management, and a proactive approach to leadership.
