The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring maintenance and NHVR compliance, ensuring internal corporate KPI compliance, and coordinating availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities.
They will also be responsible for updating and completing work orders, handling procurement, quotes, invoicing, and freight, as well as assisting with asset acquisitions and disposals.
Key skills and qualifications required include secondary or tertiary education, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, email management, data entry, and working across spreadsheets.
A willingness and ability to travel frequently is also essential, as is presentable and professional communication skills.
Additional requirements include at least two years' experience working in a similar position, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
