The Opportunity As our HR Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering career entry pathways programs and employee experience initiatives that support the Department of Primary Industries' Strategic Workforce Plan. You'll also contribute to broader organisational development initiatives that enhance learning, engagement and capability across DPI.- Coordinate inclusive career entry pathways programs, including graduate and school-based initiatives.- Build and maintain relationships with tertiary and secondary education providers to promote DPI careers.- Represent DPI at whole-of-government forums, committees and communities of practice.- Provide candidate care, guidance and education to prospective and current participants in career entry programs.- Contribute to human resources projects and initiatives, including reports, project plans, presentations and correspondence.- Provide timely advice, manage inbox queries and maintain accurate records using contemporary systems.- Coordinate training and development activities, including program registrations,event planning and resource preparation.- Maintain a high-level knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices and apply them to service delivery.
