Responsibilities
* Assess current manufacturing processes and lead improvement projects using change management and project management principles.
* Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver innovative solutions.
* Uphold process integrity and compliance with site regulations.
* Solve process issues and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions.
* Analyze data and identify measurement points to inform decisions.
* Develop best practices and routines to improve efficiency and output quality.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, or Chemical), 3+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in manufacturing.
* Project management experience.
* CAD/AutoCAD skills (desired).
* Strong technical and analytical skills.
* Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and motivate.
* Innovative mindset with a consultative approach.
* Exemplary agile leadership qualities, characterized by visionary thinking and coaching capabilities to inspire and guide teams.
* Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances and challenges in the workplace.
