Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the business operations team.

* The successful candidate will have a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance, with a keen eye for detail to ensure that all employment placements, claims and other related tasks are processed accurately and efficiently.
* They will provide timely, clear and constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues in relation to the submission, management and compliance of placements.
* Additionally, they will conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to contractual obligations and recommend corrective actions where required.
* Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the Workforce Australia contract, particularly in relation to placement and claim processes, is also a key aspect of this role.
* The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all times, demonstrating a high standard of professionalism, diplomacy and customer service.
* Managers centralised business support processes to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and within defined timeframes, even during periods of high volume such as end-of-month or financial year-end deadlines.
* Lastly, they will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements, as well as supporting implementation strategies.
* Overall, this role requires a meticulous individual who can maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation aligns with legislative and contractual requirements.
