We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, grow in your career, and make a real difference to people and communities.Why you'll love this opportunity as an Enterprise Account Director at CivicaAs an Enterprise Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving strategic growth and new business development across Civica's enterprise education portfolio.
This role blends high-impact relationship management with market expansion, focusing on existing enterprise accounts and new opportunities.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to Civica's most complex clients, ensuring our solutions align with their long-term goals, while leading in winning new business and securing new logos.What you'll be doingNew business development – Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities within the education sectorLead and close complex enterprise-level deals, including multi-year contracts and cross-portfolio solution salesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through direct outreach, networking, industry events, and targeted campaignsAct as an executive sponsor for major accounts, ensuring Civica delivers against client strategic objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies that drive retention and acquisitionTrack and report performance against sales targets, pipeline health, and emerging market trendsRequirementsWhat you'll do to be successful in the roleKnowledge and application — Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and the education technology marketComplexity and problem solving — Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and long-term account planningCollaboration and interaction — Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing skills, and ability to build trusted C-suite relationshipsProven track record in both new business acquisition and strategic account growth within SaaS and enterprise solutionsExecutive-level presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions for senior decision makersWe really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
