Machine Maintenance Specialist
Elevate your career in equipment maintenance with this exceptional opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of complex machinery and systems.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining and repairing a wide range of assets, from automation systems to machine tools.
Your primary duties will include:
* Maintaining and repairing various automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and servomotors;
* Troubleshooting and repairing control and electrical system failures;
* Repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters;
* Troubleshooting and repairing automated tool mechanical systems, including ballscrews, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes;
* Operating forklifts and company vehicles;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalency certificate;
* No less than 8 years of experience as a maintenance technician, with a strong background in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or electrical repair;
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferred);
In addition to these requirements, we value skills such as:
* Experience installing, aligning, and commissioning automated production cells in an aerospace environment;
* Experience accessing and modifying Siemens control logic or similar PLC architectures;
* Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings;
* Ability to write detailed repair reports (advanced MS Office skills);
* Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to industry standards;
* Analytic thinking and problem-solving skills;
This position requires:
* Availability for all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed;
* Certification in forklift operation and boom lift operation;
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and work at heights;
* Willingness to travel up to 10%;
