**Fenner Conveyors**, a Michelin Group Company is now recruiting for an
**Internal Recruiter** to become a part of our National HR Team
**.** This position will ideally be based in
**Brisbane** and will be reporting into the Regional People and Culture Manager supporting our QLD Manufacturing Plant and Service Branches.
As an internal recruiter you will have a particular focus on
**Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your HR skills in talent attraction strategies and campaigns, sourcing and securing talent for one of our businesses fastest growing and biggest regions!

- Receive job security in this permanent full-time opportunity (Monday to Friday) where you'll work with our wonderful QLD HR Business Partner where you'll receive one on one support, training, and mentorship.
**Some key responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the business to develop, manage and support strategic recruitment programs to identify appropriate talent for open roles in the business.
- Engage with Managers to understand specific needs and requirements for both site and local recruitment.
- Provide quality HR operational, processing and system support services within the QLD region, managing our online onboarding process and liaising with branches to ensure all information is provided for employee mobilisation and start.
**Now, a little something about you!**
- Previous experience working in an internal end-to-end recruitment role;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of modern awards and Legislative policies and procedures.
- Previous experience with high-volume blue-collar talent sourcing, as well as resourcing for administration staff and coordinating executive level recruitment in a complex environment that focuses on all facets of the process;
- Previous experience in a company ideally servicing the mining sector, or in the engineering/industrial sector; and
- Previous experience coordinating high volume recruitment assignments, national marketing, and promotion campaigns.
