THE POSITION
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of water treatment services across a busy, state-wide operation. Working within a team of coordinators, the role focuses on monitoring scheduled PPM service completion, coordinating field technician activities, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between internal teams and clients.
This role is also responsible for reviewing and distributing service reports, preparing quotes for identified faults, and ensuring that urgent issues and unscheduled works are addressed promptly and professionally. A strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, technician preparedness, and team collaboration is essential.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be successful in this position, you will need to be a motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude. We will require you to possess:
* A professional phone manner
* A detailed knowledge of PC’s office suite in a windows-based environment
* Skills to cross-reference
* A confident user of Excel
* Confidence working within various client / contractor portals (widely used in the commercial property industry)
* Accounts database knowledge (ABM experience highly regarded)
