Key Responsibilities:

* Implement the funeral plan on the day, directing the team and providing support and guidance for the family.
* Participate in the afterhours and weekend on-call roster.
Requirements:
* Strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
* Have empathy and compassion towards people, and be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* A full, unrestricted driver's license is also required.
