Ideal Candidate Traits:
* Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
* Proven ability to deliver sales results and meet KPIs
* Passion for menswear, styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
* Knowledge of retail operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
