Overview
You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders and customers. This includes providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload, working with a high degree of independence and initiative, and developing services to promote and maintain best practice care for patients.
Responsibilities

* Develop and promote best practice care for patients.
Role Requirements
* Degree in Pharmacy.
* Hospital Pharmacy experience is mandatory for all hospital roles.
* Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential.
* Police check within the past 6 months.
* Driver's Licence.
* Evidence of relevant qualifications.
* Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate).
* Full working rights in Australia – current VISA, PR or Citizenship.
