Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer - Dams

How you’ll make a difference
* Mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration.
* Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
* Construction support services, including inspection of works, evaluation of quality‑control and quality‑assurance data, and construction reporting.
* Preparation of tenders and proposals and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including preparation of design reports, drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
* Positive mindset, seeing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry.
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
