We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team and assist our RPO client with their technical defence recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the defence industry or engineering recruitment, and be able to meet KPIs set by their manager. They will also possess strong relationship building skills, solid organisational skills, and a drive to succeed.

Job Description:
This role involves assisting our RPO client with their technical defence recruitment, developing defence recruitment and market knowledge, and delivering to client expectations in the land programme.
Requirements:
* A Recruitment Resourcer looking to take the next step in their career or a Recruitment Consultant interested in the defence industry
* Defence experience or engineering recruitment experience is a bonus
* An Australian Citizen and already baseline security cleared
* Ability to meet KPIs set by your manager
* Strong relationship building skills
* Solid organisational skills
* Possess that drive and hunger to succeed and ability to recruit niche defence roles
* Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
