We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Reporting Analyst to join our Delegat Australia team, based at our Sales Office in Sydney. Reporting to the Business Planning Manager and working alongside a highly motivated sales team, you will play a key role in delivering commercial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving business performance through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of sales reporting, analytics, and associated tools to deliver commercial insights that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Build and maintain investment tracking tools, Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps applications, and reports as required.
* Provide training and ongoing support to end users on reporting tools, systems, and processes.
* Develop and maintain business planning tools to support the annual budgeting process and successful implementation.
* Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data uploads, data integrity, and ongoing system functionality.
* Lead reporting and analysis of sales campaigns, objectives, and initiatives, collaborating with senior sales stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on market trends, performance metrics, and key insights.
* Conduct ad hoc analysis of market data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

About You

* Proficient in managing and maintaining a CRM system.
* Experience developing or maintaining Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
* Minimum intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in the FMCG industry (preferred).
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred).
* Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a drive for results.
